User Instructions for Todd's Form-a-MaticV2.0

Set Up Instructions...
1- Down load the archive and unstuff
2- Upload the Form-a-Matic directory to your website in asci. You can rename it what ever you want and chmod 755.
3- Modify index.cgi by adding the proper path to perl and the other varibles asked for at the top of the script
4- chmod index.cgi to 755
5- Prompt... your_dir/index.cgi from your browser, click on Start.html and follow instructions

Instructions for Use...
1- Access the adminstrative area with your_dir/index.cgi?admin=on
2- This will list all the admin pages
3- Modify the Template.html in your html editor, upload and click "Activate My Form"
4- You will then be able to update the form and change the page name as needed.
